+If there's a movie or TV show you'd like to watch that isn't currently available, you can submit a request through the request system.

+### Making a Request
+
+1. Visit the request portal at [https://req.bsct.me](https://req.bsct.me)
+2. Log in using your Plex credentials
+3. Search for the movie or TV show you want to request
+4. Click the "Request" button next to the title
+5. Your request will be reviewed and added to the download queue if approved
+
+### Request Guidelines
+
+- Be patient - some content may take time to acquire based on availability
+- High-definition (HD) content is prioritized when available
+- Requests are typically processed within 24-48 hours
+
+## Content Limitations
+
+Please understand that some content may not be available due to:
+
+- Recent theatrical releases not yet available for home viewing
+- Rare or hard-to-find titles
+- Storage space limitations
+- Quality concerns
