If there's a movie or TV show you'd like to watch that isn't currently available, you can submit a request through the request system.

### Making a Request

1. Visit the request portal at [https://req.bsct.me](https://req.bsct.me)
2. Log in using your Plex credentials
3. Search for the movie or TV show you want to request
4. Click the "Request" button next to the title
5. Your request will be reviewed and added to the download queue if approved

### Request Guidelines

- Be patient - some content may take time to acquire based on availability
- High-definition (HD) content is prioritized when available
- Requests are typically processed within 24-48 hours

## Content Limitations

Please understand that some content may not be available due to:

- Recent theatrical releases not yet available for home viewing
- Rare or hard-to-find titles
- Storage space limitations
- Quality concerns
